It seems that the argument for privacy and lawful interception has erupted once more. There's a couple of good posts below by some smart thinkers in this field, and while many of the participants firmly disagree with each other, I think it's positive that the debate and discussion is moving beyond the fundemental technology and up into a far more philosophical and reasoned debated about the social, moral and ethical debate around the right to privacy.
