It's really hard when you work in cybersecurity to even work out where your shop floor is. In many modern organisations, your teams may not work in the same room, building or even city. Teams are increasingly distributed, which is great for individuals work life balance, but as a leader means it's much harder to easily pop in, observe team working or even just get a sense of the hubub around the floor.
